Dr. Gilligan has been caring for patients and friends
from all over the world here in the heart of the
Colorado Rockies for over 22 years. His dental
art can be seen on the smiles of your neighbors,
beauty pageant contestants and on the faces of
notable Olympic athletes.
After four years
of studying art and then graduating college with
a BA in Art Education, he made a career switch
into dentistry. Since graduation from the University
of Colorado School of Dentistry in 1979, he has
studied with many of dentistry's greatest minds,
and he accrues numerous hours of continuing dental
education each month.
He is also a member
in good standing of many professional dental organizations,
including the prestigious Colorado Prosthodontic
Society (crown and bridge and full mouth dentistry),
where he has served as president.
Dr. Gilligan is
a friendly, gregarious guy with a dry sense of
humor. Down-to-earth and family-oriented, he lives
in Summit County with his wife, Mary Beth. Their
two children are graduates of Vail Mountain School.
Their son, Sean, attends the University of Denver
and their daughter, Megan, attends Miami University
in Oxford, Ohio. |
